Sad news with respect to Radio Netherlands. I always had the impression that they would stick with shortwave to the end. Perhaps this is indicitive of the end being closer than we had realized.

Howdy Bob, Yes, very sad indeed whenever a broadcaster reduces it’s services or closes down altogether, the sad sounding music you played following your comments about Radio Netherlands sounded like funeral music, very appropriate eh?
